It is only through this systematic scientific research that we divert ourselves of our preconceived notion and superstition and moves towards understanding of ourselves and our world. The Department of Chemistry, S.S. Khanna Girls Degree College, a promising constituent college of the University of Allahabad,in collaboration with Allahabad Chapter of Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) organized a National Seminar on the topic “Recent Advances in Chemical sciences and its Impact on Society”, on 26th-27th November, 2019, a theme highly relevant in the present circumstances.
